She was a longtime resident of Durant, Oklahoma. On June 2, 1973, she married Michael Alton Talley in Durant, Oklahoma. Georgia was a very loving mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Geneva Helen (Doshier) and James William Seabourn; and daughter Sara J. Matto.
Survivors include her loving husband Michael Talley of Durant, Oklahoma; son Barry Talley of Trenton, Texas; grandchildren Luke I. Whittall of McAlester, Oklahoma, Jacob W. Whittall of Durant, Oklahoma, Sean E. Talley of Frisco, Texas, Emily C. Talley of Honolulu, Hawaii; sister Billie J. Phelps of Sulphur, Oklahoma; cousin Vickie Dawson of Stringtown, Oklahoma as well as other extended family and friends.
A visitation memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the Gordon Center, 305 N. 2nd Ave. Durant, Oklahoma.
