Georgiana Edwards Obituary

Born on February 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Lillian (Keck) Heagle.
Georgiana was a beacon of gentle kindness and a believer in her Christian faith. She was a proud graduate of Johnstown High School, class of 1952, and went on to serve her community with dedication as the head teller at the old First American Bank in Johnstown. In her personal life, Georgiana was defined by the serenity with which she approached every moment, she embraced the quietude of life.
Though Georgiana now rejoins her beloved husband, Robert M. Edwards, who predeceased her on September 3, 2012,.
Calling hours for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home, 215 E. Main Street, Johnstown followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, with Father Matthew Wetsel officiating.
Interment will immediately follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Johnstown.
Memorial donations in Georgianas memory may be made to Alzheimer's disease or a charity of one's choice.
