Bernot, Gerald James (Jerry) In his 77th year of farmingdale passed away on June 29, 2024 after Several years of battling dementia. Beloved husband of Patricia, loving father of Tara Larson (Ryan) And Ashley Baylis (Brian). Proud grandfather of Bryce, Reagan, Blake, and Liam. Fond brother-in-law of Charlotte Bernot, Maryanne Meglino (James), and Walter A. Braider Jr.(Kathy). Devoted uncle of seven nieces and nephews and great uncle of five. The immediate family had a private viewing at Christopher T Jordan Funeral Home Inc. at 302 Long Beach Road Island Park New York with cremation that followed.
Donations may be made in Gerald's (Jerry) name To the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
