Gerald (Jerry) was born on April 15,1931 in Panama City, Florida.He had an avid Career in the US Navy for over 20 years where he met his wife of 56 years Dorothy Chapman.He transitioned after the Navy to working at US elevator and then Bectel at the San Onofre Powerplant.
He is survived by his son, Mark Chapman and two daughters Patricia Moell and Laurie Condon as well as many grand children, great grand children and one great great grand child.
A private service will be held on Monday July 14th, 2025 at Holy Cross Cemetery with celebration of his life to follow.
