A funeral service for Gerald Dwayne (Jerry) Mann, 83, of Cleburne will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August 14, 2025 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel, 512 North Ridgeway, Cleburne, Texas. Interment will follow at Greenacres Memorial Park in Cleburne. A visitation will be held 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at Crosier-Pearson Funeral Home.

Jerry was born May 12, 1942 in McKinney, Texas and passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025 in Cleburne, Texas.

He graduated from Cleburne High School and served in the Army National Guard from 1964-1970.

Jerry was a loyal employee of Johns Manville for 42 years and served as President of their Union for 20 years. Jerry loved Classic Cars, Nascar, Dale Earnhardt, motorcycles, watching his grandson race Motocross and most of all his family.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Mindi Michelle Mann; parents, Doris (Campbell) and Richard Mann, and brother, Dave Mann.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 23 years, companion and partner for 34 years, Sandra Kay (Sandy) Mann of Cleburne; children, Scott Hayden of Tyler, Shelley Gray & husband, Darrin of Quitman; grandson Trent Hayden & wife, Tawni of Panama City, Florida; brothers, Tommy Mann & wife, Kathy of Cleburne, Ed Mann & wife, Shari of Oskloosa, Kansas, and sister-in-law, Noriene Mann of McLouth, Kansas, and their families.

Jerry was a most caring, generous, and special husband, dad, grandpa, brother and friend who will be greatly missed

Special appreciation and gratitude to Aleve-Care Hospice for their thoughtful care for Jerry for the last 22 months.
