Gerald Gettle Obituary
He was the husband of Pauline A. (Long) Gettle. They celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on September 23, 2024.
Born in Lebanon, PA on July 21, 1936, he was a son of the late Henry and Beulah (Weaver) Gettle.
Mr. Gettle served in the U.S. Air Force.
Gerald retired from plastic manufacturing after 39 years.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling.
In addition to his wife, Gerald is survived by, a daughter, Bonnie, wife of Franklin Fulk, of Myerstown; son, Terry Gettle, husband of Celia, of Clovis, NM; grandchildren, Timothy Gettle, Janie wife of Jason Dellinger, & Franklin Fulk Jr., husband of Nicole; great grandchildren, Bret Dellinger husband of Danielle, Britany Dellinger, Brayden Dellinger, & Madisyn Fulk; sisters Betty Brown and Nancy Sheffy.
He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Bradlee Fulk; sister, Maeanna Miller; brothers, Henry Gettle, Jr. and Melvin Gettle.

Gerald, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Have a smooth flight airman.
