Gerald Wayne Steele, 68, of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Springdale, AR passed away March 30, 2024, in Dallas.
Gerald (Gerry to his family) was born November 8, 1955 in Fort Smith, AR to Gerald Carmel and Mary Steele Smith. He was a truck driver for many years.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Nicole Steele.
He is survived by his sister, Cindy Longmate (Robert) of Combs, AR and his brother, Damon Steele (Rebekah) of Sherwood, AR.
He is also survived by nieces and nephew Merry Ann Barnes, Julie Rose (Lennis), Haley Martin (Wayne), Rachael Steele, Noah Steele, and Abigail Steele as well as great-neices and nephew Gracie Young, Brianne Rose, and Lennis Rose.
The family greatly appreciates the friendship and support given to Gerald by Sue Rogers of Dallas in his last years of failing health.
