Gerald Turner Obituary
He was born to parents, James Turner and Dorothy Wilfong, on March 13, 1949, in Marlinton, WV.
Gerald worked as an auto-mechanic for many years, expressing his love for automobiles and well known for his business, Turner's Auto Repair, that he ran for over 15 years. He also had a passion for boats. Gerald enjoyed the outdoors, loving to fish and go hunting.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Wendy (Snyder) Turner; children, Tina Palinkas, and Gerald "Jay" Turner (Kari Ann); grandchildren, Nikki (Jonah), Jordan (Julianne), Jenna, Kayla (Rogelio), Megan (Anthony), and Kylee; and great-grandchildren, Noah, Brinley, Braylon, Emma, Leo, Lydia and one on the way.
Gerald is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Charles Turner, and Randall Turner; and his aunt Lucille Dean.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, February 12th, 2026, from 4PM-7PM at Ducro Funeral Home, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the family.
Arrangements are being handled by Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory.
