Geraldine Corhn, 57, passed away peacefully August 15, 2025 in Kalamazoo, MI. She was born March 1, 1968 in Chicago, ILL. to Joseph Corhn and Mildred (Delaney) Corhn

Geraldine, affectionately known as "Granny", was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and a beautiful soul who was willing to help anyone through her acts of generosity and kindness and providing for those around her. She lived life to the fullest and loved spending time with her family and friends. The bond she had with her family, especially with her mom, father, brothers, and her nieces and nephews, was built on love, loyalty, and mutual care. She dedicated herself to taking care of her mother whom she loved so dearly and she enjoyed being a mother figure to her nieces and nephews.

Geraldine was known for her strong will, unwavering determination, and love and support for her loved ones. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of many and many more whose lives were touched by her. We ask that you remember her not for the way her life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Geraldine is survived by her mother Mildred Corhn, stepfather Johnny King, brothers, Joseph (Cathy) Delaney, Dennis Corhn, Brian Corhn, Kelvin ( Kim) Corhn, Lamont Thompson and James Taylor, sisters, Kenadee Corhn and Latasha Taylor, stepmother Brucella Corhn, aunts Margaret (Herman) Thompson, Dorothy Thompson, Barbara Whitfield, Elizabeth Delaney, Verna Campbell, and Flossie Phillips, uncles, Elgie Delaney, Sayed (Eddie) Syed, nieces and nephews, Mercedes Corhn, Fabriel Delaney, Elzene Boyd, Dennis Corhn, Jr, Brian Corhn, Jr, Sharneekquia Corhn, and a host of cousins and friends
