Geraldine P. (Natale) Giampietro, 63, of Providence, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, after a courageous 10-year battle with breast cancer.

The wife of Joseph Giampietro, she was a devoted mother to Rachel and Cameron, and is reunited in heaven with her infant daughter, Brianna. Born in Providence, Geraldine was the daughter of the late Jennie (Palmieri) and Romeo Natale. She is also survived by her siblings, Deborah Byron and Robert Natale, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Geraldine will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and the love she poured into her family. Above all, her greatest joy was time spent with her children and her "grand-doggy," Daisy.

Her family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the cancer center for their exceptional care, especially Dr. Mary Ann Fenton, Dr. Theresa Graves, Dr. Mary Lopresti, Emi, Nellie, Sue and all of the nursing staff.

Her funeral will be held at 8:45 am Wednesday, October 1, from the "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 30, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home.
