Relatives and friends will gather Thursday January 23rd from 10 to 11:15am in The Schetter Funeral Home, 304 W. Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, NJ. Funeral service Thursday 11:30am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Grand Central Station, PO Box 4777, New York, NY 10163.

Gerry was a lifelong friend. He had many interests. Some of his lifelong passions were politics (he was always better informed than me), horse racing and enjoying a beer at a local tavern. Over the years we shared concerts, Phillies games (including a memorial one in freezing April weather) and a couple of 76ers games. He attended parties and was comfortable chatting with folks of many different interests. Gerry introduced me to movies, usually with political or Irish themes. He was generous with his support when I was ill. I will miss him.
