Gerard "Jerry" O'Hearn, 78 of Hanover and formerly of Dorchester, passed away on June 19, 2025. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Thomas and Catherine (Fennessy) O'Hearn, Sr.
Jerry received a Business Degree from Northeastern University. He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. Upon his discharge, he returned to work at The New England Telephone Co. (AT&T). After he retired, Jerry did Computer Consulting work at many New England companies, primarily at Stop & Shop in Quincy. He also worked at Gillette Stadium during home games. As an avid sports fan, Jerry loved watching the Celtics and Red Sox but most of all, he loved watching the Patriots. He volunteered on the Hanover Advisory Committee.

I hold dear in my heart the time I spent with you, Aunt Jen and your girls like it was just a few short years ago. But though life happened and the years flew by you were always in my heart.
Love you Uncle Jerry
