Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bowser-Minich Funeral Home on Feb. 1, 2026.
Gerard F. "Jerry" Spiotta, 76, of Black Lick, went into the arms of the Lord on Friday, January 30, 2026. He was born on May 7, 1949, in Philadelphia to the late Michael B. and Catherine I. (O'Neill) Spiotta.

Gerard graduated from the Overbrook School for the Blind in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He worked for the Blind Association as a small parts assembler until his retirement in 1997. Gerard met his future wife Judy Stuchell while at Lions Camp Beacon Lodge, marrying on August 18, 1973, spending 52 blessed years together. He and Judy were members of the Lord Jesus Christ Assembly. He enjoyed computers, internet services, and anything involving communications. Gerard was an avid sports fan, he would always know the latest happenings with most major sports teams, especially his beloved Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers.

Surviving Gerard is his wife Judy L. (Stuchell) Spiotta, a brother Michael F. (Jean M.) Spiotta of Warrington, PA, a plethora of nieces and nephews, and his church family of the Lord Jesus Christ Assembly.

In addition to his parents, Gerard was preceded in death by sister-in-law and brother-in-law Patricia and Tony Zele.

Friends and family are invited to the Bowser Minich Funeral Home on Wednesday February 4, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, and again on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. Private burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
