Gerard P. "Jerry" Walsh Jr.

Gerard "Jerry" P. Walsh, Jr. passed away on March 1, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Natalie Walsh (nee Dunn) and the loving father of Madeline Walsh. Jerry was the cherished son of the late Gerard P. Walsh, Sr. and the late Maureen McNally Walsh, a dear brother to Erin Walsh and Colleen Walsh and a nephew and cousin to many.

Jerry was an Irish gentleman and great storyteller. He achieved everything he set out to do including graduating from Law School from the University of Iowa and raising a beautiful daughter to whom he taught how to be a loving human being. His spirit will live through her forever. He will be most remembered for brightening the lives of those around him. He was genuine and kind and truly cared for the well-being of all. He was a friend to many and cherished every relationship.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 8th, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Sullivan Funeral Home, located at 60 South Grant Street, Hinsdale, IL. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Monday, March 9th, at 10:00 AM at St. Francis Xavier Church, 124 North Spring Avenue, LaGrange. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
