Su funeral se llevará a cabo el viernes 17 de noviembre de 2023 comenzando con un velorio de 10:00 a.m. a 11:00 a.m. El entierro se llevará a cabo en el Cementerio Oak Lawn en Roslindale, MA.

Gerardo "Manso" Febres sadly passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 74. Manso was born to Antonia Febres and Gerardo Manso in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 11, 1949. He is survived by his wife, Aurea Rosa Maldonado, his children Richard Manso, Gerardo Manso, Edwin Manso, Gerardo Manso Jr., Isaias Davila, Adaberto Davila, Evelyn Maldonado, fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He was the brother of Angela Classen and late Ivan Febres and Maria Antonia Febres. Manso also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Manso was a loving husband and father, and he will always be remembered by his love for salsa music and sports. He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm in the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home, 10 tower St., (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain, MA. His funeral will be held Friday, November 17, 2023 beginning with visitation from 10:00am to 11:00am. Burial will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Roslindale, MA.
