Funeral services for Mrs. Geri Duncan will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, with Reverends Russell Cobb and Adam Dugger officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Pineville, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mrs. Duncan, 73, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on February 5, 2026, at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, surrounded by her loving family.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who found great joy in making wreaths, crafting, and teaching herself how to play the piano. Among her most cherished possessions were the handwritten notes she received and lovingly collected from her grandchildren. She deeply loved worshiping her God alongside her church family and was a dedicated member of Word of Grace. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memories will live on in the hearts of her beloved husband, Bobo, and her devoted family.

She was preceded in death by her two sons, Chad Hoof and Brad Hoof; and her parents, Carl Robinson and Edith Ellis.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her loving husband of nineteen years, Danny "Bobo" Duncan of Pineville; one daughter, Regina McGinty (Thomas) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; one sister, Lynette Robinson of Ridgecrest; one grandson, Timothy Hackett (Moriah); three granddaughters, Ella McGinty, Emma McGinty, and Carli McGinty; and two great grandchildren, Shantel and Malakai.

A time of visitation will be held at in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Rush Funeral Home, 3307 Monroe Highway, Pineville, LA 71360, to help cover funeral expenses.
