Geri E. McCartney Jackson, age 39, of Lily, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Danny Jackson; her parents, Joseph J. McCartney and Dolly M. McCartney; two daughters, Amiah Jaymes Jackson, Annalyse Jade Jackson, both of Lily, KY; three siblings, John Duff & Amy Aaron of Russell Springs, KY, Karrie Smith & Brian of Georgetown, KY, Andrea Alam & Omar Alam of Lexington, KY; her nieces and nephews, Bethany Aaron, Faith Aaron, Wylder Smith, Wesley Smith, Hannah Alam, Zayn Alam; plus a host of other family and friends to cherish her memory.

Geri was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She dedicated her career to serving others as a pharmacy analyst with the Baptist Health Care System, where her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and compassionate spirit made a lasting impact on colleagues and patients alike.

Geri enjoyed a life rooted in faith and family. She loved reading her Bible and found strength and peace in its pages. Her greatest joy was being a mother-playing with her children, making memories with them, and pouring her heart into their lives. She was also a loving and devoted aunt who treasured time spent with her extended family.

With a personality that was always straightforward and genuine, Geri spoke with honesty and lived with integrity. She loved going to the beach, found magic in anything Disney, and cherished the moments that brought simple joy and wonder.

In her youth, Geri was active and involved, participating in dance and cheerleading during school and later joining ROTC in high school, where she built discipline, leadership, and lifelong friendships.

Geri's warm presence, unwavering love, and candid spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and the many lives she touched.
