Gianna Nathan

Gianna Marie Nathan, daughter of Kyle and Mariah Nathan, was born Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 2:29 PM in Minot, North Dakota. Though she never took a breath on this earth, she brought endless joy and love to many hearts.

Born early weighing 1 pound 11 ounces, Gianna was the most beautiful baby girl. Her parents and family fell in love with her delicate fingers, button nose, and most precious feet that she entered first into this world with. In the time we were blessed to spend with her after birth, she was held and surrounded by family who loved her deeply. Her parents held her for hours, talking to her, reading to her, and praying with her. She and her parents were blessed by Fr. Todd Kreitinger at their parish St. Leo’s in Minot before she arrived. Her parents feel honored to have delivered her straight into the loving arms of Jesus and pray to be reunited with her one day in heaven to rejoice eternally in the Father’s presence.

Gianna is survived by her parents, Kyle and Mariah Nathan; grandparents, Jayne Vetter, Leon Vetter, and Virginnia and Kevin Nathan; aunts and uncles, Seneca, Bridger, Cortland, Kristen, and Jeremiah (Sam); cousin, Rilee; and many other family and friends who anticipated her arrival.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck, ND. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church; a rosary will be said starting at 12:30 PM. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bismarck.
