Gilliam Tucker Sr. born April 17, 1958. God gave Gilliam his wings on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Gilliam had several family members who preceded him in death. His parents Elmera & Rubin Tucker. Gilliam also had several siblings who preceded him in death Ethal, Willy, Ruben, Bernard, Elmira, William, Norman, Joseph, Ernest, Jessie, Winston, Norman T., Joseph T., and William T.
Gilliam received his education in the Baltimore County School System and graduated from Sparrows Point High school where he graduated in Edgemere, Maryland. Peanut as he was affectionately known by his friends and relatives. Peanut was known for his vibrant personality. Peanut was always ready to talk about his love for God.
Gilliam was a devoted Deacon and devoted his talent to several different ministries, Sunday School Ministry, Prayer and Praise Ministry, Men's Ministry, New Members Ministry, Drug Ministries, Pastor Aid Ministries and Renovation of Church Ministry.
Peanut joined New Mount Olive Baptist Church over 20 years ago under the leadership of Pastor Louis Roberson. Gilliam became a Deacon under this leadership. Sandra met and married the love of her life on November 22, 2006.
Gilliam/Peanut leaves to continue his legacy: his wife Sandra Thomas Tucker, his son Gilliam Tucker Jr. (P.J.) (Alicia), other children Tammy, Dewitt, Marques, (Godson), brother Franklin Tucker, sister Sally (both from Los Angeles California) 2 sister in laws Jeanette Holmes, and Gwen Tucker and a host of other family, relatives and friends.
