Ginger Louise Ramsey, age 78, of Dallas, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Abernathy Laurels of Newton. She was born June 12, 1945, in Gaston County to the late David Kelly and Louise Margaret Huffman Ramsey.
Ginger was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Ginger also enjoyed watching the Price is Right, and twice visited the show, even winning the showcase her first trip.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Hallie Dellinger; sister, Jane Ramsey; and brother, Ronnie Ramsey.
Survivors include her daughter, Lynette Patrick (Andy), grandsons, Andrew Patrick (Alexis), and Isaac Patrick; brothers, Kelly Ramsey (Sherry), Roger Ramsey, and Bruce Ramsey; and sister, Linda Lovelace (Bobby); and sister-in-law, Gay Ramsey.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 9, 2024, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church with Minister Brad Alexander and Pastor Andrew Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Her family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45 PM, prior to the service at the church.
