Ginny Ann Rutledge was born September 11, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Peggy Janette Lemmon Hampton and the late Billy Wayne Hampton.
After graduating high school, Ginny worked as a Waitress for most of her life. Ginny departed this life on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the age of 59.
She is survived by her mother, Janette Hampton; 3 sons, Billy (Brittany) Ivy, Robby (Lily) Ivy, and Justin (Stephanie) Rutledge; 1 brother, Sonny (Amy) Hampton; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Ms. Rutledge was preceded in death by her father, Billy Hampton; 2 sons, Jacob Rutledge and Adam Rutledge; and 1 sister, Laurie Hampton.
Visitation for Ms. Rutledge will be on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 1 PM to 2 PM at the West Chapel of Peebles Fayette County Funeral Home located at 10670 Highway 64, Somerville, Tennessee, 38068. Funeral services will follow at 2 P. M. with Rev. Mike Hollaway, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Rossville, Tennessee, officiating.
