Ginny Vagts

Ginny Vagts passed peacefully, in her home, surrounded by family. Beloved wife to Rick Vagts of 38 years. Loving mother of Shane Gustafson (Katie), Nichole Colone (Erin), Jesse Solberg (Sarah), and Samantha Vagts. Proud Nani to Alisha, Erica, Hanna, Alexis, Steven, Danielle, and Addison. As well as her great grandchildren, Reece, Alora, and Hudson. She is also survived by her three stepchildren, their ten grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Dear sister to Dee Mondeau-Dwyer(Kristin) and Monty Mondeau (Deanna). Proceed in death by her mother, Sally Carnahan, and father, Orval "Monty" Mondeau. She was a wonderful aunt, cousin, sister-in-law, and friend to many!
Ginny lived a simple and fulfilling life. Some of her hobbies included, finding an antique gem at a garage sale, making every holiday exceptionally memorable with her decorating, homemade baking, listening to her favorite music, binge watching her favorite shows, and playing euchre. Ginny's greatest joy in life was to spread love, light, and kindness everywhere. From loved ones to strangers, she made everyone feel seen, heard, and special. A priceless gift. She will be forever remembered by anyone who was blessed by her presence.
Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 17th, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Service and open mic start promptly at 1:30 to 3:00pm. Followed by euchre, food, drinks, and laughter (Ginny's wishes) until 6:00pm. Ginny always wanted everyone to be themselves. Come dressed comfortable & causal. If you'd like to wear light pink and turquoise as those were her favorite colors.
