In Loving Memory of Glen Longstreth Jr.
Glen Longstreth Jr, age 33, passed away on March 26th, 2024, at his residence surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on January 27th, 1991, Glen brought immense joy to those around him.
Glen's journey touched the lives of many, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of strength and resilience. His unwavering spirit in the face of adversity was an inspiration to all. He will be remembered for his kindness, fun-loving spirit, and the positive impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to have known him. Even in his worst moments, he did nothing but worry about and console his family through trying times.
Glen is survived by his loving family; parents, Glen and Elizabeth Longstreth; sister, Jessica Longstreth; maternal grandparents, Kernny and Diane LeBlanc; aunts, Michelle (Danny) Dugas, Ellen (Trevor) Domino, Cherie (Lane) Segura; uncles, Bryan (Stephanie) Longman, Chad (Korie) LeBlanc, and a host of cousins and friends, who will forever hold dear his memory.
Glen is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Kathleen Longstreth Sr.; maternal grandfather, Bryan Longman Sr; uncle, Thomas Longstreth Jr.; and cousin, Kelsey Bourque.
The family would like to give out a special thanks to Dr. Jean Friday of Iberia Medical Center, Dr. David Vargas of Ochsner New Orleans, and Chrisshonda Young of Heart of Hospice, for providing Glen with exceptional and loving care throughout his journey.
The family is holding a private service for Glen at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to your charity of choice.
May Glen rest in eternal peace, free from pain, and may his memory continue to bring comfort to those who mourn his passing.
