Glenda Juanice “Neicy” Felsher, 87, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024 in Ocean Springs.
Neicy was born in Tylertown, MS on August 28, 1936 and moved to Biloxi with her family at the age of five. She graduated from Biloxi High School Class of 1955. Neicy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who never met a stranger. She will be missed by all who knew her. Neicy enjoyed sewing, flower gardening and writing poems and short stories. She co-authored two books with her twin sister, Nita.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Curtis A. Felsher; her parents, Irry J. and Lillie B. Dunnaway; her twin sister, Linda “Nita” Tyner; her sisters, Nava Lou Rose and Dorothy Seib; and her brothers, Dewey Dunnaway, Doyle Dunnaway and Buddy Dunnaway.
Niecy’s survivors include her children, Rhonda Gill, Cliff (Donna) Felsher and Amy (Chris) Trochesset; her grandchildren, Kenneth (Christine) Gill, Jennifer Felsher, Kari Madden, Christopher Trochesset, Curtis Felsher, Johnny Felsher and Tyler (Toni) Trochesset; and her great grandchildren, Chase Felsher, Alana Gill, Aubree Gill and Lyla Madden.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Southern Magnolia Manor and Neicy’s caregivers, Liz, Tonya and Nikki, who became more like family; as well as the staff from Traditions Hospice.
Funeral Services will be held at Coalville United Methodist Church on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
