Glenda Fay McVay, 73, of Augusta, KS, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 in Wichita. Memorial service 10 a.m. Saturday, September 6, 2025, at First Baptist Church, Augusta, Augusta, KS. Inurnment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta. Glenda was born in Wichita, Kansas on December 24, 1951, to the late Alene (Knight) and Ira John McVay, Sr. She worked as a clerk and presser at McVay Cleaners and as an assembler at Magic Focus. Later she worked at Dillons. She is survived by a niece, Judy McVay of Augusta and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ira John McVay, Jr. Memorial donations may be made to: Cardinal Hospice of Kansas, 10300 W.
