Glendora Jean Applegate, 68, Marion, passed away at 1:20 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She was born in Huntington, Indiana, on Tuesday, June 4, 1957, to Robert L. Boothby, Sr., and Lolleta Boothby.

Glendora attended Mississinewa Schools and was a homemaker throughout her life. She enjoyed solving word search puzzles, watching soap operas on TV, and playing cards. She also enjoyed playing Yahtzee and, in her younger years, loved dancing.

Survivors include her lifetime companion, Garland Anders of Marion; children, Lolleta Pierce of Deland, FL, Samantha Ramsey of Marion, Toni Ramsey of Marion, James (Sarah) Ramsey of Yorktown, Santanna (Trent) Robinson of New Haven, and Brittany (Ryan) Adkins of Marion; 23 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert L. Boothby, Jr., Randy Boothby, Rowdy Boothby, and Roger Boothby; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Melody Teegarden.

The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Grant Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN.

Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Glendora's life will begin at 1:00 pm.

Arrangements are entrusted to Integrity Funeral Care, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN.
