Glenn is survived by his wife Heide-Christel, his daughters Krista and Sonia, and his five grandchildren, Garrett, Kurt, Ella, Luke, and Lana, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

A funeral service to celebrate Glenn's life will be held at Lord of Glory Lutheran Church in Grayslake, Illinois, on Monday, June 2nd, 2025, at 10:00am. Visitation will be at 9:00am, and interment will be at 11:00am at Avon Centre Cemetery in Grayslake, Illinois. All funeral arrangements were entrusted to Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Glenn's light will continue to shine in our hearts, and we are comforted by the knowledge that he now resides in the house of our Heavenly Father. "Well done, good and faithful servant." (Matthew 25:21)
