Funeral services for Glenn Robert Scarbrough, Sr., 84, of Godley, Texas will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 9, 2026 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Tanner officiating. Burial will follow in Bono Cemetery with Justin Scarbrough, Wesley Scarbrough, Frank Scarbrough, Keith Winnett, Kirk Blume, and Chad Wilson serving as pallbearers.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Rosser Funeral Home.
Glenn Robert Scarbrough passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026 in Godley. He was born on April 16, 1941 in Monahans to Leslie Vernell and Alice (Slusser) Scarbrough. He married his sweetheart, Sheila Grant on September 4, 1964 in Fort Worth.
Glenn, a dairy farmer, graduated from Joshua High School and served his country in the United States Army. He and Sheila loved to travel and ride his Honda "Trike" which they took several trips on. He especially loved his farm and just spending time there. Glenn was extremely handy and could fix almost anything. He was preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter, Aimee Scarbrough Prater.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Sheila Scarbrough; sons, Keith Scarbrough and wife Lisa and Glenn Scarbrough, Jr. and wife Lynette; grandchildren, Kayce Scarbrough, Wesley Scarbrough and wife Molly, Lance Scarbrough and wife Brooke, Justin Scarbrough and wife Katie; great grandchildren, Aubrey, Lynlee, Lawrence, Gideon, and Waylon; brother, Jerry Scarbrough and wife Rita; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
