Glenn "Del Camdenton" Shoemaker

Glenn "Del" Shoemaker, son of Glenn Dennis and Joellen Shoemaker was born July 13, 1962 in Iowa City, Iowa. He departed this life, September 21, 2025, in Camdenton, Missouri at the age of sixty-three years, two months and eight days. He was preceded in death by his father, and is survived by his daughter, Delancy; mother, Joellen Shoemaker; his sister, other relatives and many friends. Del was raised in Iowa City and graduated from West High School in 1980. After High School, is first job was a photographer, and later was hired by a Landscaping company which became his career. He eventually moved to the Lake of the Ozarks and became the Head of Groundskeeping at Tan Tar A Resort. In his spare time Del enjoyed boating, reading and listening to music. He was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
