Glenn William Spriggs

Glenn W. Spriggs was larger then life and lived every day to the fullest. He was married to his wife Mary M. Ruck Spriggs for 53 years. Father of Dax Spriggs and Lauren Spriggs Coleman and her husband Dan. Grandfather of Jake and Reed Coleman. Glenn enjoyed traveling to St. Croix, Florida and the whole country by motorcycle with Mary by his side. Loved concerts, Jeopardy and his collections, including his rare 1965 427 Shelby Cobra. But most of all he cherished his family and friends. Glenn had a heart of gold and was so proud of his children and grandchildren. We will continue his legacy. Glenn served two tours in Vietnam, was a Purple Heart recipient and was a proud Veteran of the United States Army. He was a true patriot and tried to buy only American made products. Glenn was a wildly successful business owner for 25+ years, including the Texaco on Cromwell Bridge Road in Towson. He appreciated his employees and gave the world to anyone who was a friend. Glenn passed away peacefully at the age of 78 on September 10, 2024. So many visited him in hospice to share stories and prayers.
