Glenn Williams

William "Glenn" Williams, 85, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026. He was born on February 10, 1941, the oldest son of Mack and Laura Williams. Glenn is survived by his brother Mike Williams and was preceded in death by his brother Charles Williams.

A graduate of Richardson High School and North Texas State University, Glenn enjoyed a long career with Frito-Lay before retiring. He later spent ten years as a volunteer substitute teacher at Owen's Elementary, where he was known for his warmth and dedication to students.

Glenn shared 62 years of marriage with his devoted wife, Dianne Williams. He was the father of Dianna Wilkerson and Mark Cole, and was preceded in death by sons Bryan Williams and Kevin Williams. His grandchildren are Tawnya Cole, Schyler Williams, Amanda Davis, Wendy Vogel, Logan Wilkerson, Travis Wilkerson, and Brianna Caruso, and he was preceded in death by granddaughter Jessica Cole. He was also blessed with five great-grandchildren and was dearly loved by many nieces and nephews.

A man of deep faith, Glenn was a charter member of Bethel Bible Church, where he served for many years in leadership and ministry. He will be remembered for his kindness, laughter, and unwavering devotion to his family and faith.

A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, February 22, at 3:00 p.m. at Bethel Bible Church South, Tyler, Texas.
