Gloria Jean Jones passed away on August 18, 2025, and "ran" into the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ.

She is survived and deeply mourned by her husband, Lindsay Jones of Indianapolis, family, as well as her sister, Barbara Stuart of Louisville, Kentucky, family, and countless other friends and family.

Gloria was a devoted and beloved wife, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She was preceded in passing by her husband of 33 years, John "Pete" Nusz. After grieving this tragic loss, Gloria was blessed to find a new soulmate in Lindsay Jones. Gloria and Lindsay have shared a joyous life together in the most recent years.

Gloria's work life was exceptional, with a career spanning over 40 years with Brown Foreman Distilleries before retiring.

Her life was filled with love and laughter, devotion to family, a passion for travel, and kindness toward others. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Gloria's life will be celebrated among friends and family on September 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Iron Bell, 16006 Aiken Road, Louisville, KY 40245.

Glo was such a wonderful loving person. She and I worked together and were friends for over 30 years. When we would get together, it as if no time had passed. We would pickup right where we left off. Condolences, thoughts, and prayers to her family and friends. Heaven has another angel.
