Gloria C. Navarro, 72, of
Pensacola, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025. She was born on March 16, 1953, in Gattaran, Cagayan, Philippines, to Primitivo Cordero and Ulpiana Orteza.
Gloria was married to the late Loreto C. Navarro for 31 wonderful years. As a devoted Navy military wife and homemaker, she lovingly raised her three children and cared for her mother for many years. Gloria was industrious and creative, pursuing various small business ventures throughout her life, including making and selling arts and crafts, makeup, and kitchenware. Alongside her husband, she also operated a small hotel diner and a Filipino food truck, sharing her culture and warm hospitality with the community.
Later, Gloria joined the workforce with careers in industrial, assembly, and production at Pacer Industries, the Navy Commissary, and finally the Navy Exchange Distribution Center, where she retired in 2016.
A devoted member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Gloria's deep faith guided her life. She was known for her compassion, generosity, and strong spiritual connection with God. A true philanthropist, she extended her kindness both locally and internationally, supporting charities and helping those in need.
Gloria had a passion for gardening, cooking, traveling, music, and singing, and she found her greatest joy surrounded by family and friends, sharing laughter, love, and faith.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Loreto Navarro and her brother, Jun Cordero.
Gloria is survived by her daughter, Glenda Navarro and son-in-law, Dontae Bocchino; granddaughter, Sonya Bocchino; son, Anthony Navarro; son, Armand Navarro; partner, Dan Gough; sisters, Edna Cordero, Caridad Cordero, and Aida Cordero; brothers, Primitovo Cordero and Melecia "Bo Bot" Cordero; niece, Melanie Cordero; grand-nephew, Michael Faucher; and many beloved relatives and friends in the Philippines and the United States.

May God rest Gloria's precious soul in eternal peace, love, and light. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
