Gloria D. Noll

Gloria D. Noll, 95, of Macon, MO, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the Macon Health Care Center in Macon.
Gloria was born on December 28, 1929, south of Anabel, MO, the daughter of James A. and Eliza (Wright) Turner. She was united in marriage to A.J. Noll on July 19, 1955. Gloria was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church and the Altar Society. She graduated from Macon High School in 1947. She was a longtime member of the Hospital Auxiliary and was involved with numerous other organizations.
Gloria enjoyed a variety of hobbies throughout her life, including golf, gardening, and cross-stitching. She had a love for gardening and was known for her green thumb. She loved cooking meals with her family and enjoyed canning and sharing her homemade preserves. Gloria had a cheeky sense of humor that brightened every room she entered. Her laughter was contagious, and she had a way of making even the simplest moments unforgettable. Gloria cherished her time with her family and grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Noll Bodine and her husband Terry of Hallsville, MO, and Patricia Noll Hearrold and her husband Bob of Macon; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, with one more on the way; one step-daughter, Barbara Noll Campbell; two step-granddaughters; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, A.J. on January 17, 1971; infant son, Micheal Dean Noll; granddaughter, Jessica Lynn Kelly; one step-grandson; five sisters, and three brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am, Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Immaculate Conception Church in Macon with Father Bill Peckman officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Macon. Visitation will be 10:00 am, Saturday, until the time of Mass, at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Immaculate Conception Church Altar Society.
