Funeral services for Mrs. Gloria Jean Wright of Wrightsville, Georgia, will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 2 PM in the C. D. Dudley Chapel at Dudley Funeral Home, 617 E. Jackson Street in Dublin.
Mrs. Gloria Wright was born on February 25th, 1955. She departed this life on Sunday, December 14, 2025. She attended the Dock Kemp High School and she worked at Apparel Brands in Wrightsville. Gloria had a passion for cooking, fishing and she spoke her mind freely and never sugarcoated the truth with her nieces and nephews. She was born in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alberta and Clemmie Smith, her loving husband, Charlie Wright, her son, Kenneth Cannon, her brothers, Tequesta Cannon, Jerry Lee Cannon and Clarence Williams Cannon, her two uncles, Lee Davis, and Maxie Demons, her aunts, Mabel Demons, Mabel Thomas, Daisy Jones and Pauline Hosley.
Gloria Wright leaves to cherish her memories with her granddaughter, Skyriannia Cannon of Dublin, brother, Curtis (Ollie) Cannon of Wrightsville, her daughter, Carol Ann Graddy of Wrightsville, and her grandson, Antonio Graddy, great-grandson Antonio Graddy, Jr. of Wrightsville, her sisters-in-law, Alice Wright. And Beatrice Wright of Dublin, and Dora (Reverend David) Hall of Wrightsville, Idella (Ennis) Johnson, Mary (Eddie) Roberts, all of Harrison, and Annie Hicks of Boston, MA, brothers- in- law, Frank (Elizabeth) Wright and Charles (Francis) Wright, a devoted niece, Ammie (Lonny) Smith of Dublin, a devoted nephew, Tequesta Cannon of Dublin, and she leaves behind a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives, cousins and friends.
