Goldie Pierce, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, in Meridian, OK, at the age of 63. Born on April 6, 1962, Goldie's life was a testament to her kindness, creativity, and love for those around her. Memorial Services will be held Monday June 30 at 11am, Freedom Biker Church with the Rev. Billy Morgan Officiating
Goldie graduated from Purcell High School and soon discovered her passion for beauty and self-expression. She channeled that passion into a fulfilling career as a beautician. Her dedication to her craft led her to own and operate her own successful salon, where she not only transformed looks but also uplifted spirits. Goldie's warm smile and gentle touch made her a cherished figure in the community.
Her Christian faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her in her daily interactions and inspiring her to help others. Goldie's generosity extended beyond her salon, as she was always ready to lend a listening ear or a helping hand. Her presence was a comfort to many, and her impact on the lives she touched is immeasurable.
An avid lover of animals and gardening, Goldie found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She spent countless hours tending to her garden, a member of the Marlow Gardening Club, where her creativity blossomed in the form of vibrant flowers and meticulously cared-for plants. Her love for the outdoors was matched only by her passion for horses, creatures she regarded with great admiration and respect.
Goldie's legacy lives on through her loving family. She is survived by her devoted sons, Joey McGuire of Norman, Jeffrey McGuire of Marlow, Harrison Pierce of Marlow; her adored grandchildren, Shiloh, Kate, Smith, and Atalie; and her dear sister and was preceded in death by her beloved mother and sister, who both shared in the creation of countless cherished memories.
Those who knew Goldie will remember her as the embodiment of love and kindness. Her creative spirit and unwavering friendship will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Goldie Pierce's life was a beautiful journey that enriched the tapestry of countless lives, and her memory will forever be held in the hearts of her family and friends.
