Gordon Kenneth Dibler, Jr., of Oxford, Michigan, passed away peacefully in the early hours of November 8, 2025.
He is survived by his loving wife, Diane; his children, Christopher, Erica, and Sarah; and his cherished grandchildren, Faith, Angel, Lily, Isaac, Stella, Ruby, Eleanor, and Nora, he is also survived by his father, Gordon senior and 9 loving brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his son Byron, his brother Sean, his mother Roberta, and his stepmother Marylou.
Gordon was a proud retiree of General Motors and a man known for his compassion, generosity, and unwavering kindness. He touched countless lives-always ready with a helping hand, a laugh, or a bit of wisdom when it was needed most.
As a devoted friend of Bill W., Gordon founded many meetings in the area, creating spaces for healing and connection that will continue to help others for years to come. His legacy of service, love, and hope will live on in the many lives he changed.
A service honoring Gordon's life will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, 39 W. Burdick, Oxford, on Tuesday, November 25, at 12:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
