Grace J. Holman

Grace J Holman of Dubois, PA formerly of Jackson, NJ passed away on Wednesday October 15, 2025. Grace was born in Jackson, NJ to the late George B Sloan Sr and Elsie Tucker Sloan. She was 1 of 15 & the last surviving member of her birth family. She was employed as a school bus driver for the Jackson Twp School District for 25 years before retiring in 1994. She continued to work as a school bus driver for many more years with Laidlaw Transit, Inc. that became First Student Inc and at the same time worked for the Cassville Tavern in Jackson. She was a hard-working mother who held down 2 jobs to provide for her family.

Surviving are her children, Todd Holman Jr & his wife Alba and Tina Long & her husband Dennis, grandchildren, Dennis Long Jr (Ana) and Tyler Long (Shaela), great grandsons, Xaden, Remy, Daxton, & Henry and many nieces and nephews who adored her. As well as lifelong friends. Sadly, she was predeceased by her son, Glenn Holman, her parents, 14 siblings, George Jr, Carl, Kenneth, Richard, William, Donald, Robert, Bruce, John, Gladys Goetz, Christena Wood, Marie Wirt, Florence Meredith & Dorothy Weller. Grave side service is noon on Monday October 20, 2025, at Pleasant Grove Methodist Cemetery, Jackson.
