Grace “Robin” Esther Noah passed away peacefully at Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne, WY on August 23, 2023. Robin, as her friends and family affectionately knew her, was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 28, 1929 to Basilisa and Geraldo Fernandez. They later moved to New York where she gave birth to her daughter Karen Elizabeth. She then moved to Los Angeles, California where she met and married Boyd Noah. Although they later divorced, they remained close friends and travel partners and traversed life together.
Robin worked as an HR Executive for several companies until her retirement. After retirement, she enjoyed volunteering her time mentoring young professionals with SCORE in Laguna Woods, California. In 2020, Robin and Boyd moved from California to Cheyenne, WY to be close to her daughter. Boyd became her caretaker until Robin’s death.
Robin is survived by Boyd Noah; her grandchildren, David House (Elizabeth) and Jennifer Freier (Rodney); her great-grandchildren, Elodie and Callen House, Chase Wilson (Teagan), and Mckenzie Wilson; and great-great-grandson, Clayne Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Karen Evans.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Davis Hospice Center, SCORE of Long Beach/South Bay or the Dementia Society of America.
