Graciela Gonzalez
March 11, 1962 to June 12, 2024
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Graciela Gonzalez, who gained her
wings on June 12th 2024. Known to her loved ones as "Chela", she was a caring wife to the love
of her life, her husband Johnny Gonzalez, and a loving mother to her two sons John Paul
Gonzalez and Jesse Gonzalez. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren Angel, Jessalynn,
Jasaiah, Analiz, Alyza, Isabella, Noah Jayce, Adelyn, Mariana, and Zaiden. Her grandchildren
were the light of her eyes, and she was a wonderful selfless grandmother. Remembered as a
strong woman, she was a symbol of protection to her children, grandchildren and known to
have a big heart by all. Endless memories circle the room, full of laughter and vivid anecdotes
for her surviving siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends alike. As we celebrate
her life and rejoice in her memory, and as one of her favorite poems dedicated to her passing
brother says, "[We] hold you close within [our] heart and there you will remain, to walk with me
through [our] life, until we meet again." We know she is at peace looking down on her loved
ones who will continuously strive to make her proud, grateful to have had her in our lives.
