Grady McCoy Reach, age 42, was called home in the early morning hours of Saturday, March 15, 2025, at his home in Stotts City, Missouri, following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born August 25, 1982, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama at Druid City Hospital the son of Jerry McCoy and Patricia Diane (Garner) Reach.
Grady spent most of his childhood in Vance, Alabama, before moving to Missouri in 1999. Grady was a 2000 graduate of Miller High School and resided in the Miller area for most of his adult life. He was the owner of Cardinal Electric and could often be found working on one of his many electrical projects throughout the area. He was also proud of his family's farm, Full Circle Farms, where they bred and raised Fleckvieh cattle.
Being a father was Grady's proudest achievement. He spent a lot of his free time coaching their teams or cheering them on in the stands at their many sporting events. Grady was born with the gift to gab and rarely met a stranger. He was a great and loyal friend and would always be there if someone needed him. He enjoyed riding side by sides and breaking them as much as he could.
On December 7, 2014, he married Tamika Sky Jackson in Springfield, Missouri.
Grady is survived by his wife, Tamika; his mother, Diane Reach of Miller, Missouri; five children, Kaleb, Kade, Shaelee, Easton and Kinleigh; his mother-in-law, Karen Jackson of Everton, Missouri; one brother, Patrick (Brianna) Reach, of Jenkinsburg, Georgia; one sister, Heather (Richard) Martin, of Vance, Alabama and several nieces and nephew.
Grady was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Reach.
A visitation/celebration of life under the direction of Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home in Miller, will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the Round Grove Baptist Church.
