Grazia (Cipriano) Fabiano, of Medford, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 5th. She was 93. Born and raised in Anzano di Puglia, Italy, she was the cherished daughter of the late Rocco and Giovanna (De Stefano) Cipriano.Grazia was devoted to her faith and a proud member of the Society of the Madonna of di Anzano. She was an amazing cook and baker. Grazia always looked forward to her yearly tradition of her making her homemade sauce.

Grazia had a natural green thumb. She loved being out in her garden and made sure that her flowers were constantly blooming. Grazia enjoyed knitting, going out for Chinese food and storytelling. Her biggest passion was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all of those who had the privilege of meeting her.

Grazia was the beloved wife of the late Fedele Fabiano. She was the devoted mother of Tina De Crescenzo and her husband Albert, and Tony Fabiano and his wife Lisa, all of Medford. She was the loving grandmother of Phyllis Iacoviello and her husband David, Grace De Crescenzo, Frances Hammond and her husband Robert, and Anthony Fabiano and his wife Sydney. She was the caring great grandmother of Nicolas, Matthew, Olivia, Albert, Victoria, and Catherine. She was the dear sister of Stella Rossi and the aunt of Giovanna Rossi.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Grazia's family at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Tuesday, December 9th, from 3 to 6 PM and again on Wednesday, December 10th at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford at 10AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Grazia's name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA 01923
