Greg Mark Chambers, age 61, of Cumming, GA passed away June 24, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene & Melba Chambers, brother, Phil Chambers, grandson, Kolebi Baxter & stepson, Paul Turner.

Greg was a family man above all. His children and grandchildren meant the world to him. Greg was the definition of a hard worker; he had an incredible work ethic. Greg was a man of faith; he had a contagious laugh that brought smiles to everyone’s faces; and a true friend to everyone he met. Proven in many stories of his high school days, Greg was also a proud athlete; captain of the football team for Forsyth Central High School in 1981. With everything he has accomplished, won, lost and gained, his true legacy is in the LOVE he had for everyone and will forever be a reminder to have faith even in our worst days. He will be truly missed.

He is survived by his brother, Randy Chambers, life partner of 40 years, Marcia Methvin, son, Gregory Mark Chambers, Jr., daughter, Megan Leigh Chambers, stepdaughter, Taryn Baxter, grandchildren, Kayla Turner (Cole McDuffie), Zoey Chambers, Autumn Chambers, Kaylei Baxter, Karli Baxter, great grandchildren, Marilyn McDuffie, Kaine McDuffie, sister-in-law, Mitzi Chambers, niece & nephew, Jordan & Katie, niece Skylar Chambers, along with multiple other nieces, nephews, friends, and family members.
