Funeral service for Greg Teague, 77, will be Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Hartselle Church of Christ with Phillip Hines officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the church.

Mr. Teague died on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. He was born January 13, 1948, in Cullman County to Gene and Ruth Teague.

Greg was graduate of Morgan County High School and US Air Force Veteran. He married his high school sweetheart Cindy in August of 1969. They lived in the Hartselle/Massey area most of their lives and raised two children, Cory and Valerie. Greg was a devout member of the Hartselle Church of Christ who loved the Lord and his family. Greg was an excellent electrician by trade and loved to pass his knowledge on to others, working at the church as well as helping family with home construction. Greg loved yard work, fishing, camping and entertaining the family with smoked ribs and fried country ham.

Preceding him in death were his parents: Gene and Ruth Teague.

Survivors include: Wife - Cindy, One Sister - Gale Gann, One Son - Cory Teague (Janet),
One Daughter - Valerie Singleton, Four Grandchildren - Austin Teague (Brooklyn), Kimberli Boyd (Cameron), Brylie Singleton, Baylie Singleton, and Four Great Grandchildren - Isla Teague, Josie Teague, James Boyd, Charlie Boyd

Pallbearers are Austin Teague, Cameron Boyd, Ben Hughes, Todd Barrier, Tyler Bullard, Brad Shaneyfelt. Honorary Pallbearers are Stanley Hogan, Bobby Fox, Bob Wilson, Darryl Sims, Keith Wilemon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hartselle Church of Christ Building Fund (PO Box 741) or to the American Heart Association.
