Born May 13, 1952, passed away May 16, 2025, at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH.
Gregory attended and graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School.
He is survived in death by his daughters Jennifer Blanc and Amy (Mike) Isakov, granddaughters Ava Grace, Emma Faith (Blanc), Kaile Elizabeth (McCoy), Summer Ashley and Aubrey Love (Isakov). His two daughters were by his side during his final moments.
Jennifer Blanc lovingly cared for him as his health declined after his return from Texas. On behalf of their father, Amy expresses gratitude to Jennifer for her care of him.
We are grateful to the staff at Aultman Hospital for their kindness and compassion during this unexpected and difficult time.
As we reflect on Greg's life, we choose to focus on the positive memories he left us. He loved fishing and often took us along as children, teaching us patience and joy in the simple moments by the water. Trips to the candy store, a small gesture of affection, brought us happiness. He loved classic westerns especially John Wayne movies. He enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
We believe in the power of forgiveness through Christ. Every person falls short of the glory of God, yet while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. His grace reminds us that redemption and love are possible for all.
Though his journey was imperfect, we reflect on that which helped shape our lives.
