One of Rick’s favorite things to do was head to Wheeling Downs to the racetrack with his sons or a group of friends and occasionally even win some money. One of Rick's fondest memories was hanging with his only grandson, Gabriel and watching SpongeBob.

Rick is survived by sons, Matthew (Mary Ellen) and Marc (Marianne); grandson, Gabriel; sister, Michelle Powell; brother, Robert (Margaret) Coletta and several nieces and nephews.
