Gregory Allan Boggs, age 61, passed away suddenly on Friday, October 24, 2025. Greg was a man whose heart was as vast and open as the highways he loved to travel. A dedicated over-the-road truck driver and trainer, Greg took great pride in his work, especially in guiding new drivers as they began their own journeys behind the wheel.
It was through his work that Greg met the love of his life, Deneise "Sissy" Boggs, during a training session that would mark the start of a beautiful 24-year marriage. Together, they shared countless miles and adventures, exploring the breathtaking landscapes of this country side by side. Whether it was mountain passes, desert sunsets, or small towns tucked between long stretches of highway, Greg found joy in the journey and even more in sharing it with Sissy.
When the road led him home, Greg's greatest treasures were the simple moments and time spent with his family and the faithful companionship of his beloved dogs, Lulu, BB, and Jesse. His laughter, wisdom, and warm spirit filled every room he entered, leaving a lasting mark on all who knew him.
Greg is survived by his loving wife, Deneise "Sissy" Boggs; his siblings, Ray (Janie), Jeff (Jeanie), and Kathy (Lynn); his five children; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
In keeping with Greg's wishes, his family has chosen cremation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville.
Though the miles ahead feel emptier without him, Greg's family and friends take comfort in knowing that he is now on his greatest journey yet and watching over them with the same steady hand and loving heart that guided him through life.
