Gregory Boisclair Obituary
Gregory Paul Boisclair passed away on March 26th, 2025, at Abbott Northwest hospital at age 67. Greg resided for many years in Alexandria, MN on Lobster Lake where he, along with other family members, was able to care for his father Larry. He then moved to Buffalo Mn until his passing.
Born on June 30th, 1957, he was the loving son of Lawrence Francis Boisclair, and Maureen (Neidenfuer) Risler.
Greg was a graduate of Orono Senior High in Long Lake, MN. Greg also had trade school training in marine mechanics.Greg for most of his life worked as a marine mechanic at Stub's Marine in Alexandria and retired from NBL Marine of Battle Lake.
Greg was very passionate about marine life and was always excited when a friend or family member would call him to help them with their boat issue or even teach them how to winterize their boat before winter, so it would be ready to drop in the water immediately when spring arrived.
Greg is survived by brothers Mike Boisclair, Jim (Heidi) Boisclair and Stephen (Mary) Boisclair along with several nieces and nephews.
Greg was preceded in death by both of his parents Larry Boiclair, Maureen (Neidenfuer) Risler.
There will be a celebration of life this upcoming summer for family and friends at Greg's favorite place to be in Alexandria, MN, the "Depot". The date will be determined later.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Cremation Society of Minnesota.
