Gregory “Greg” Bruce, beloved husband, stepfather and Pop-pop, passed away on March 11, 2026. Greg was 66 years old.

Greg was born on July 6, 1959, in Troy, Pennsylvania. He is the son of Blanche Burlingame of Troy, PA. Greg is preceded in death by his brother Norman Bruce.

Greg was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. Some of his hobbies that he excelled in were woodworking, photography, planting gardens with his loving wife and spending time with family, especially the grandkids.

Greg was a proud member of the NRA and was a Son of the American Legion. He was part of a pool league and really enjoyed his time playing pool.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Loretta Bruce, and five stepchildren: Aryc Hughson of Troy, PA, Tayce (Jared) Renzo of Troy, PA, Syme (Tina) Hughson of Granville Summit, PA, Onyhka (Michael) Dosch of Powers Lake, ND and Dyshon Hughson of Troy, PA. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is survived by siblings Todd (Tammy) Bruce, Paula (Steve) Updike and Rich Bruce along with several cherished nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life on March 17, 2026, at the Sylvania Borough Hall in Sylvania, PA starting at 4PM until 6PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Trojan Junior Sportsmen, PO Box 142, Troy, PA 16947. Contributions can also be given at his celebration of life. The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. Troy, PA has been entrusted with the arrangements.
