Livonia: November 3, 2025, at the age of 86. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Joyce (West) Carpenter; his daughter Darlene (Dan) Miller; his grandsons Cole & AJ; brother Kevin (Jane) Carpenter; several nieces and nephews; and Molly, his sidekick. He was predeceased by his brothers, Doug and Richard Carpenter; sisters, Sharon Hutton and Sue Mills.
Greg “Carpy” loved dirt car racing, fishing, hunting and cutting firewood. He enjoyed watching his grandsons play sports and rarely missed a game. He loved working on Cub Cadet tractors and took great pride in making his lawn look pristine. Greg loved eating breakfast and going to “Bones” with his great friend, Roy Moses.
In keeping with Greg’s wishes, no services will be held. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, from 2-3pm at Leisure’s Restaurant, Lakeville, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Livonia Ambulance, PO Box 8, Livonia, NY 14487.
